i have gotten a glimpse of the promised land, courtesy of this quite cool blog, and i must tell you…it looks good. i will have to make a pilgrimmage soon so that i may make my offerings to the goddess, Chocolatl.

well, Laurie, you will be pleased to know that i made an offering to the goddess at the Cupcake Cafe, where i partook of chocolate cupcakes. i was good this time, though. i only ate half of one last night but i realized that buttercream has some sort of crack in it. the minute it went into my mouth, the buzz shot straight to my brain. but i was good. i didn’t get too loopy or giggly. perhaps i’ll save that for tonight!
buttercream crack! I’ve heard of that. I think they use buttercream in small dosages with addicts in rehab

Mr. Universe would be so disappointed if he came outside and you were beside yourself with chocolate giggles. Bet you wouldn’t see him in his drawers for some time to come. Come to think of it, buzzed or not, that is what you should do next time he comes out in nothing but his delicates!

yeah, no Mr. Universe. it was raining this morning so there was no chance that he would come rushing out to strike a pose but be sure, nothing would scare the crap out of him more than seeing some giddy chick huddled in the window laughing hysterically due to a chocolate high. good times.
