claritin is my god now…
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m currently marinating in allergy-pollen hell. Normally, I’m a lover of trees but these pollinating motherf*ckers have got me worshipping at the House of Antihistamines. I don’t know what the deal is because last year I wasn’t this jacked up but I guess this is a red-letter year for this crap. I’ve graduated from sneezing my head off to just feeling woozy and seeing halos and stuff everywhere and falling asleep every five minutes. Fabulous.
Aside from that, I’m okay. Just living for the weekend.
Oh, Match update. I’ve officially sent DB onto the Failboat. I really didn’t hear from him since we went out on Saturday, aside from a text message that I did send him. His replies were short and one-worded, so I took those as hints. It’s just as well, it eliminates doubt and allow to move on. In the meantime, I’ve been in touch with a nice young native NYer who has the courteous tip on point. He sends me cheerful emails that are simple. We spoke for over an hour on Sunday morning and I plan on giving him a ring this evening. So far, so good but we’ve still yet to go out. We’ll see.
But now I must be off. It’s nap time.

well, dabich, the call was aight. i was kidn of out of it, he was too. kinda anti-climatic but i’m too tired these days to care right now. we’ll see what happens.
